Our Story
It was 1997 when we first got acquainted with the functioning of infrastructure industry. Over the years, while serving them in various capacities as equipment seller, service provider, etc., we got an opportunity to closely observe their challenges with respective to their infrastructure assets. Most organizations were unable to derive desirable outputs from their assets. Maintaining them was expensive and taxing and the overall productivity did not match the capital investment.
The stress of managing the capital intensive assets was clearly visible, which unfortunately led many organizations to shift their position as equipment-owner to equipment renter. Situations became even worse for a few companies, who were pushed from their core strength (actual domain activities) to struggle and resolve the infrastructure assets related challenges.
Eventually, we set on to change the scenario and make the journey of asset management joyful. This is when Tappet Box happened. With the vision to make asset management a child’s play for related organizations, we created a simple and easy to use online platform that not only reduces the stress of asset management but also minimizes asset breakdown thus reducing the overall cost of operation and maintenance.
